banana fruit cream
I devour a big bowl of ice cream for breakfast most mornings...
banana ice cream that is.
here’s how to make it:
3 (very ripe) frozen bananas
splash of almond milk (around 1/4 cup total)
pinch of salt
chop the bananas into chunks. toss into a food processor with just enough almond milk to blend, adding more as needed (this process may take 3-4 minutes). add a teensy pinch of salt.
serves one very hungry human.
p. s. there are a million ways to flavor this! think other fruits (berries, papaya, kiwi...), pretty powders (spirulina, black raspberry), aloe gel, spices - the list goes on.
